Court tells firm not to interfere

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE  
CHANDIGARH, Feb 10: UT Civil Judge (Junior Division) Paramveer Nijjar today issued an injunction against M/s Trade Links and others restraining them from interfering with the day-to-day operations of plaintiffs M/s C-CON and others till February 27.

After observing that the plaintiffs have a prima facie case in their favour, the Judge allowed the stay application.

Earlier it was stated that the respondents had unauthorisedly got the premises of C-CON raided by the local CIA staff which neither had any raiding rights nor search warrants to conduct the raid.
