Sunrise piled a massive 397 run target aided by Surendra, Pratap Chavan (95) and Satish Ranwade 85. In contrast Sudhir XI collapsed with only 46 runs on the board. Navnath Kunjeer was the wrecker-in-chief claiming five wickets at the expense of 12 runs.

In another match of the day, SBM lost by a narrow margin of only one run to Mailing Cricket Club. Batting first, SBM put up a target of 202 runs for opponents Mailing CC.
