As stated by the complainant Seema Goel, she had purchased the cloth for Rs 250. It was alleged that when she got the stitched suit back, the cloth was totally worn out. Further alleging that the opposite party refused to refund the amount when contacted, she sought refund of the amount paid, along with stitching charges.
