Hindi exam to be held again

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
CHANDIGARH, Feb 19: The Class XIII Hindi exam paper will be held again on March 1, Joginder Moti, Registrar, UT Education Department announced today.

The paper will be set from the old syllabus book "Aao Hindi Seekhan." Some 150 students from five government schools who faced difficulty in attempting the Hindi paper yesterday, will reappear for the exam. These students have taken Hindi as a second language. "Due to a communication gap between our department and a few schools, some schools continued to use the old syllabus book "Aao Hindi Seekhan" while it was changed to "Bal Bharti Part V" last year. We are already looking into the matter to find the exact cause".
