Irish coach

Calcutta: Irish soccer coach Roy Miller arrived this evening to inspect Sports Authority of India complexes here and in Bangalore before signing an agreement with the All India Football Federation (AIFF) for training the Indian football squad. Miller, who has trained the Irish junior football side, has been recommended for India by Fifa.

Rehmat removed

Mumbai: The Indian Squash Professionals (ISP) today announced it was severing links with Pakistani coach Rehmat Khan following his unreasonable financial demands from state junior players. ISP said Khan started demanding Rs 50,000 per player for private coaching following which parents complained to ISP.
