Children protest hurling of balloons on Holi day

March 1: School children in Thane (E) took out a procession on Sunday to demand a ban on throwing of water balloons during Holi.Holding banners proclaiming `Stop throwing balloons,' the children from Natu-Paranjpe colony marched through Sadguru Garden, Mangla High School, and Koliwada. They were joined by children from other housing colonies.
