Police sources said the woman had been ailing for some time. The tantrik, Roshan lal, who regularly visited the woman's house, was treating her for her ailment. He threatened to use his "powers" to render her entire family insane if she did not have sex with him and held out the lure that she would be cured if she complied with him. After he had allegedly raped her twice, she brought it to the notice of her family and the police.The tantrik has been arrested under Section 376 of the IPC.
