Bihar impasse cripples both houses; RLM leads charge
A determined Opposition led by members of the Rashtriya Loktantrik Morcha (RLM) stalled proceedings in the two Houses of Parliament even as the ruling coalition continued with its exercise of `exploring all options' on the Bihar issue.

CPI to launch nationwide signature campaign against fanaticism
The Communist Party of India (CPI) will launch a nation-wide signature campaign to protest against "communal and religious fanaticism" on March 6, CPI Tamil Nadu unit secretary R Nallakannu said today.
