Decision on Bihar on Monday
The government today said it would announce on Monday its decision on the Bihar issue as angry Rashtriya Loktantrik Morcha and Congress members charged the ruling BJP-led coalition in the Lok Sabha with violating the constitutional provisions by delaying ratification of Presidentís Rule in the Rajya Sabha, even as agitated and determined Opposition blocked government business in the House and forced an adjournment before lunch over the issue.Censure notice by Congress
Side-stepping the governmentís attempts to downplay the Vishnu Bhagwat episode, the Congress has decided to embarrass the Centre by moving censure motion notices against Defence Minister George Fernandes and seeking a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe into Mohan Guruswamyís allegations of corruption against Yashwant Sinha and the PMO.
