VADODARA, MARCH 7: The heat of summer may have taken away the thought of dressing well and looking good, but that was not an odd thing for 13 girls and 13 boys participating in the Miss MSU and Mr MSU held at the Pavilion on Sunday. The audience could not help but swoon at the girls dressed in gorgeous looking shararas and lachchas. As for the boys it was not only the dhotis and kurtas but colourful turbans.
Some of them of course thought it would not be a hep enough if they had not exposed their well exercised bodies. The make up apart the girls displayed their varied hair styles, while the boys had to be satisfied with the jelled hair.
Though the finals were held on Sunday, the audition for the same had begun four days ago. Three rounds were held before the crown was to adorn the heads. The results were awaited late in the night.
The students were to be adjudged on the best ramp walking, the best dress, the best smile and the best done hair. This was the first such attempt made by the student union of the university. The choreographers for the show were Tushar Shah and Kripa Joshi.
