Case against State minister

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
AHMEDABAD, MARCH 10: A case of forcibly registering a piece of land in his name has been registered in Amboli, Mumbai against State deputy minister for labour and employment Purushottam Solanki.

The complainant Kiran Kamat claimed that a co-operative society of eight persons including Kamat had bought the land and started work to build a complex on the land in 1982. But when two floors were completed, Solanki threatened the original owner Tejbahadur Singh, builder Shankar Damle and contractor Haider Rizvi and got the land registered in his name, the complain said.
