Replying to a question raised by Leader of Opposition Madhukar Pichad and Sahebrao Baradkar, Dake informed the assembly that the committee has nailed the then Managing Director R M Prem Kumar, Chief Administrative Officer S G Pawar, Senior General Manager S H Ranade and Assistant Manager D R Kamat.

``An explanation has been sought from Prem Kumar, Kamat has been placed under suspension and if there is a demand, I will not hesitate to suspend Pawar and Ranade,'' Dake said.

Following a complaint, the government had appointed Venkatchary, former Additional Chief Secretary Venkatchary to probe into the irregularities into the disbursement of loan of Rs 95 crore.

Congress member R R Patil demanded probe into the disbursement of loan of Rs 120 crore by the corporation, while Baradkar demandedsuspension of Prem Kumar.
