MOSCOW, MARCH 26: The Russian State Duma (Lower House) is likely to vote for Moscow's unilateral exit from the international arms embargo against Belgrade at its emergency session tomorrow to debate on Yugoslavia standoff, ultra-nationalist leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky told a local radio here today.Chief of the prime minister's office minister Yuri Zubak remains firm on seeking political and diplomatic solution of Kosovo crisis.Speaking on ``Ekho Moskvy'' radio after the meeting of Duma leaders with prime minister Yevgeny Primakov, Zhirinovsky added that his faction could raise the issue of Russia quitting international embargo against Iraq and Libya also to generate funds for the ailing Russian economy.
Zhirinovsky added that though premier Primakov did not directly react to the idea of Russian walkout from the embargo against Belgrade, he did not rule out Moscow could look for funds elsewhere if the IMF refuses to give fresh loans.
Meanwhile, the leader of communist majority in state Duma, GennadyZyuganov announced that the opposition has approved the ``tough'' stance adopted by Yugoslavia and will rally behind them. Earlier, he had called for sending volunteers to to Kosovo.
