NAM to criticise US air strikes on Kosovo
The coordinating bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement, of which India is a key member, is at present working on a resolution in New York which castigates Yugoslavia for its human rights violations in Kosovo, but criticises NATO for its unacceptable, unilateral air strikes against that country.

Quattrocchi denies making any commitment to apex court
Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi, alleged to have got a huge kickback in the Rs 1,437 crore Bofors gun deal, has denied making any commitment before the Supreme Court to appear before the trial court.

Indian leaders wish to sign CTBT: US team
The leader of the visiting US Congressional delegation, Richard Gephardt, has said that there was a "clear desire'' on the part of India's leaders towards signing the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) and that such a signature would significantly push the visit of US president Bill Clinton to India.
