DSO seizes grains worth Rs 4 lakh seized

VADODARA, April 1: District supply officials, on Thursday, seized grains worth over Rs 3.92 lakh after detecting irregularities in stocks and account books at four shops in Padra area.According to official information, while grains worth Rs 68,000 were seized from the one Dhanesh Shah's shop at Moba road, grains worth about Rs 46,000 were seized from one Om Ganpat Kariana shop. Also, grains worth about Rs 2.5 lakh were seized from Rajendra Shah and Sanjay Provision Store. Meanwhile, kerosene worth about Rs 25,000 was seized from one H O Dalal's depot.
