Information to be placed on the site will include the history of the university and faculty-wise information. Officer on Special Duty (planning), Rumi Mistry said, ``The faculty-wise information will include the courses offered in each department, and also information about the admission procedure.''

``The attractive part of the website would be the archives, which would list the interesting work done so far in the faculties,'' said Mistry. He added that the website would also show the several interesting research work done by the students and the professors in the past and would conclude with the university song.

Over the next few months, he said, information like the fee structure and admission procedure would be included.

Speaking about the facility of introducing internet at the university Mistry said, ``It would not be a difficult task now, with the process of the city having the provisions of a local node.'' Mistry added that it would be situated at the university's computer centre and students would be in a position to surf the net.
