Malkiat Singh alias Pamma (17), Surinder Singh alias Sony (16), Jagtar Singh alias Tinku (15) and Tajinder Pal (13) have been arrested for unnatural offences under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police sources said the four boys committed the offence on March 29 on the Maloya resident who is a student of Class VIII. The victim's parents took him for medical examination after he complained of pain. It was during the medical examination that the boy told them of the incident.
