Documents lost
Sector 40 resident S.K. Sood has reported to the ISBT police post that his black leather bag containing foreign currency and important documents has been lost. It contained a labour card issued by Sultanate of Oman, bank credit card and drafts. He discovered this on alighting the Punjab Roadways bus that he boarded from Delhi.

Pedestrian hit
A pedestrian, Rajesh Kumar of Sector 47, was reportedly hit by an unknown car on the dividing road of Sectors 46 and 47. The police have registered a case.

Jewellery stolen
Batala resident, Rajesh Kumar, reported to the police that some persons stole away about 400 grams of jewellery from his bag from the Sector 22 Sood Dharam Sabha. He used to supply jewellery there. The police have registered a case.

Theft reported
Sector 22 resident Rajinder Pal Kaur has reported to the police that some electronic goods and other household items including a VCR, have been stolen from her house while she was away on Tuesday night.

Maruti lifted
Sector 15 resident, Harpreet Singh, reported to the police that his Maruti, CH-01-0019, has been stolen from near the Sector 17 District Courts.
