`Soft' Home Secretary B P Singh shunted out
Union Home Secretary B P Singh was yesterday shunted out of the Home Ministry and replaced by Agriculture Secretary Kamal Pandey, a 1965 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
