MTV VJs Nafisa Joseph and Nikhil Chinappa were at hand to lend glamour and to provide quick tips on "How to be a good VJ," to the excited young people, a little bashful at facing the cameras for the first time.

The official VJ hunter, christened the "Yellow Man" for he was dressed from head to toe in a yellow outfit, was gunning for the wannabe VJs, exhorting them to be relaxed before the camera. Pop singer Anamika and Punjabi singer Hans Raj Hans also performed.. A large dance floor had been made where everyone was jiving to the latest Hindi and Western dance numbers.
