Fire breaks out in Sec 71 sub-station compound

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE

SAS NAGAR, MAY 18: A minor fire near the 220 kv sub-station of Punjab State Electricity Board in Phase VIII, Industrial Area, broke out around 10.30 this morning. The fire was brought under control after an hour and one fire tender was pressed into service.

No loss of life or machinery has been reported.
