K.S. Ahuja, principal, Patel Memorial National College, Rajpura, said as most of the students of his college had Punjabi as medium of instruction, they could not understand the question paper and therefore attempted it badly. He said the students have demanded grace marks due to the mistake on part of the university.

Meanwhile, P.S. Khaira, Controller of Examinations, when contacted in this regard, said the problem was caused by a mistake on part of the printing press. Khaira said students will not be made to suffer and that a decision in this regard will be taken within two or three days.
