Kisan Gaikwad bereaved

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE  
PUNE, May 18: Social worker Ashok Baburao Gaikwad, brother of sportsperson Kisan Gaikwad died here yesterday. He was 44.

According to family sources, Ashok was found missing since May 10. After seven days police found his body at Phaltan.

Ashok was associated with the Nav Maharashtra Tarun Mandal, Narvir Tanajiwadi, Shivajinagar. Ashok Gaikwad worked as secretary for the then newly estabilished Patit Pawan Sanghatana in 1972 and was president of the Shiv Sena's Tanajiwadi branch in 1975.
