Minister hampering Shivani probe -- Cong

NEW DELHI, MAY 19: Congress today accused a senior Union cabinet minister of hampering probe into the murder of Indian Express correspondent Shivani Bhatnagar. Party spokesman Ajit Jogi told media persons that Home Minister L K Advani should personally supervise investigations into the murders of Shivani Bhatnagar and cartoonist Irfan Hussain.

``As Home Minister, Advani owes an explanation to the nation regarding investigation in both the cases'', Jogi said.
