PATNA, MAY 21: Central Bureau of Investigation Joint Director Dr Upen Biswas today reiterated the agency allegation that Chief Minister Rabri Devi did not copearate with the CBI ``adequately'' during her interrogation yesterday and sought to videograph her reexamination in connection with the cases against her husband and Rashtriya Janata Dal president Laloo Prasad Yadav.``We told the Patna High Court earlier today that we examined the particular witness in accordance with law... But we feel the cooperation was not not adequate'', Biswas told reporters here.
On videography or audio recording of the proceedings of examintion, Biswas said, ``The law doesn't bar it... We will file an appliction for the purpose after consulting our counsel.''
Stating that the investigation into the case was progressing absolutely on time, Biswas said, ``According to th CBI manual, probe into the cases have to be completed within 18 months''.
``The investigating officer is an experienced officer and doing a wonderfuljob'', he said, adding, ``We are fully satisfied with his work.''
