Clinton has a `China problem', say experts
The Congressional report on Chinese spying released on Tuesday magnifies President Bill Clinton's `China problem' that began with a campaign finance scandal and has blown up over charges of nuclear espionage.

Pakistan to retaliate
Pakistan today issued a warning to India following air strikes by the Indian Air Force in the Kargil region. "We will take the necessary steps to defend ourselves", Foreign Minister Sartaj Aziz said shortly after being informed of the development.
