Call to standardise siddha medicines

COIMBATORE, May 28: The Chairman of the Siddha Medical Council, Chennai, Quidshiya Gandhi, has called upon practioners of the Siddha system of medicine to standardise the drugs as well as the process of preparing them. She said in the absence of any standarised procedure, the quality tends to differ from sample to sample, and also within the same batch of samples.
