This was announced at a press conference held at Hotel Pride where Channel V veejays Marc Robinson, Suchitra, Ranvir and new kid on the block, Peeya assured music-lovers that ``they would have some great music happening'' at the venue. Entry to the concert which will start at 6 p.m. is by invitation only.

``Music fans can expect a fusion of East and West with rock, pop and bhangra fusion,'' said Jaideep Grewal, marketing controller, Channel [V]. This is the sixth stop of the tour. ``It rained during the Bangalore and Mumbai shows. As usual we are expecting rain. But the show will go on,'' assured Grewal.

Madan Bajpai, general manager, Hindustan Coca Cola was also present. The show is presented by Coca-Cola (India) Ltd and the sponsors for the show include Hotel Pride, Europcar, San Ads, AT and T and The Indian Express. Later in the evening the Veejays visited youth hangouts and gave away passes for the concert.
