Search for intruders
The Border Security Force (BSF), police dog squad and the traditional `pugee' have launched an intensive search operation for about half-a-dozen suspected Pakistani intruders in the thinly-populated Rann of Kutch where their footprints were found on the sand near a village bordering the neighbouring country on Wednesday. Minister of State for Home and Border Security Haren Pandya said an intensive combing operation had been launched in the area by the Kutch Police and BSF. The traditional local `pugees' had also been called in to assist authorities. Senior officers had rushed to Guneri village, close to which the footprints were noticed, Pandya said.

Bus routes
The AMTS has decided to ply city buses for Gujarat High Court at Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway from the State roadways bus terminal. Besides, route number 61 bus from Maninagar to Gujarat High Court will change its route after Sattadar Society to pass through Akanksha Flats, Highway Cross Roads, Lilavan party plot, Ramdev Masala to reach High Court. Route number 63 bus from Maninagar to Chanakyapuri will be extended to Shyona City, R C Technical and Gujarat High Court. Route number 68 bus from Kalupur to Gulab Tower will be diverted from Mangal Murti hall towards Sargam Apartment, Octroi check-post, Arjun Tower, C P Nagar, Karmcharinagar, Bhuminagar Phase 2, Sattadhar Society and Gulab Towers. Route number 75 bus from Maninagar to Gujarat HC will be diverted to Gota.

Seized
The Food and Civil Suppies Department has claimed to have recovered 204 LPG cylinders and 4,832 litre blue kerosene oil worth Rs 2.67 lakh in several raids conducted at different fair price shops.
