Burns death
One Vaasliya Vijay Jadeja, a resident of Block no 171, Rameshwar Nagri, Udhna Yard died on Wednesday in the New Civil Hospital, where she was being treated for burn injuries for the past four days. Quoting the dying declaration of the woman, the Udhna police said that the 28-year-old woman was preparing tea at her house when the stove exploded, causing her burn injuries. She was declared dead by doctors at about 9.30 am on Monday and a case under CrPC 174 has been registered.

Brawl
Members of two families, living in the same house, attacked each other with bats, stumps and other weapons on the Rughnathpura Main Road over an minor argument, cross complaints registered in the Mahidharpura police station said. In the first complaint, Ila Vinod Jariwala told the police that one Krunal Jariwala, his father, Mansukh and another Rajendra Jariwala beat up her son Vikas when they were told not to play cricket in the house. In the cross complaint, Chandrakant Jariwala named Vinod Jariwla, his wife Ila, Jatin and Vikas in the complaint alleging that they beat Mansukh Jariwala with a bat. Separate cases under sections 324 and 114 of the IPC as well as 135 of the BPA have been registered in the Mahidharpura police station.

Theft
Cash of Rs 54,000 and other valuable documents were reported stolen from a garment factory office during the early hours of Wednesday. Kishen Damodar Pharshe, the owner of the factory, in his complaint in the Umra police station, named Harisingh Duttbhadursingh and Prem Bahadur Badka -- both employed as watchmen in the factory -- as the accused. Both are absconding since Wednesday morning, the police added.
