Informatics in India

MUMBAI: The $94 million Informatics group is entering India in partnership with the Singapore-based Edutech group to set up computer training institutes in the country. The group already had a presence here through a franchisee but will now have direct equity participation to signify its higher level of commitment, said Pradeep Tripathi, managing director and CEO of the newly constituted Edutech Informatics (India) Private Ltd. The firm is initially investing Rs 7 crore by way of equity.
