Jaydev Raja, who resigned as the managing director and chief executive officer of IITL recently, has agreed to continue as senior advisor to the company while no replacement has taken place for him, according to IITL.

Raja would provide strategic direction and marketing guidance to IITL, according to the statement.

As director of IITL for over two years, Chakraborty was closely involved in the financing and planning efforts at Iridium India, it said.

IITL has also appointed Jitendra Balakrishnan, chief general manager, IDBI, and ex (acting) CMD of VSNL V Babuji to its board.
