CHANDIGARH, JUNE 16: Four motorcycle-borne persons allegedly chased an MLA and a former Haryana minister to a house of an advocate here and ran away leaving one of the motorcycles behind. A complaint has been lodged with the police who have taken the vehicle in their possession. The police said they are investigating the matter and no case has been registered so far.According to the complaint filed by advocate Mohan Jain, an MLA and a former Haryana minister Brij Mohjan Singla visited his place in Sector 21 here this evening. He was allegedly being followed by four men on two motorcycles.
When Jain and Singla went out to see who the men were, they tried to flee but a tyre of one of the motorcycles got punctured and they were forced to run away without the motorcycle (HR-03-A-1056). Jain alleged that his house was under surveillance and it was the third time that such an incident had occurred.
