EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
VADODARA, June 20: Normal life was affected for the second consecutive day today as occasional drizzles gave public places in the city a deserted look on Sunday.

Heavy rains have been forecast for all of central Gujarat, including Vadodara, during the next 48 hours by the Meteorological department in Gandhinagar, according to Flood Control officials here.

Meanwhile, waterlogging was reported from different low-lying areas in the walled-city, specially around the Panigate, Nyaya Mandir and Raopura areas. Underbridges around the railway station were also partially waterlogged.
