Two killed in group clash
Two persons were killed in a clash between two groups of local fishermen in Timba Phalia mohalla of Shinor town on Friday night. The provocation for the killing, according to police, was an old rivalry between two groups over fishing in the river Narmada. The police said that the members of the deceased's group had destroyed a boat belonging to a member of the accused group six months ago.

Housebreak
Thieves stole Rs 4,500 from house no. B-19 in Amina Park Society in Manjelpur last night. According to the police, the miscreants entered the house by breaking open the lock on the main door. They then broke the locked steel almirah and stole the cash. A case has been registered in the Makarpura police station.
