PUNE, JUNE 20: Nazarene Church team lifted the Inter-Parish cricket trophy with a narrow eight runs victory over Methodist Church in the CBN World Reach India organised tournament final played at the Bishop's school ground, here today.Electing to bat, Nazarene amassed 58 runs in the allotted 8 overs and later successfully defended their total restricting Methodist Church to 50.
Meanwhile, Jatin Lucky of Methodist Church was adjudged as the best batsman in the two-day tourney, while Durand of St. Patrick's received the best bowler award.
Divisional manager, World Wildlife Fund, Pune, Mrs D Daniel, who was the chief guest, presented the awards.
