BJP not averse to session on Kargil
The BJP yesterday said it was not averse to the idea of convening a special session of the Rajya Sabha to discuss the Kargil conflict provided the members were asked to keep their speeches within a framework.
Cong rebuked for relating Haryana crisis to Kargil
The BJP yesterday came down heavily on Congress for co-relating the political crisis in Haryana with Kargil, instead of expressing solidarity with jawans fighting a difficult battle to oust intruders from the Indian soil.
Decision on simultaneous polls in early July, says Mahajan
BJP and Shiv Sena are expected to declare their joint opinion on holding simultaneous elections to the Lok Sabha and the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly by July 5 or 6, according to Information and Broadcasting Minister Pramod Mahajan.
