HAL duped
The Hindustan Antibiotics Ltd (HAL) was allegedly duped to the tune of Rs 49,43, 671 during October 1998 to December 1998. According to a complaint filed by Pramodkumar Barpanda, circle manager, the company was cheated by one of their dealers who had promised them sales amounting to the above amount. According to the FIR lodged by Barpanda, Shantilal Jogetia, resident of Jaipur, had promised to sell goods for the company.
