State has no right to promulgate ordinance, says Bhujbal
Chhagan Bhujbal, NCP leader, declared that the Shiv Sena-BJP Government would have no authority or right to issue directives and promulgate ordinances if the parties wanted the State Assembly dissolved next week as per some reports stated on Wednesday.
