PATIALA, July 1: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today alleged that Gurcharan Singh Tohra, former president of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), was on the pay roll of the Congress and was playing into the hands of the Congress to weaken the Shiromani Akali Dal.Talking to ENS today, Badal said that there was enough evidence to establish that Tohra had connived with the Congress.
