Germany makes capital move
The move of Germany's capital which accelerates on Monday with parliament taking to the road to Berlin is being done in the welfare-oriented style that has marked the postwar government.

Lashkar-e-Toiba flays backdoor diplomacy
A Pakistan-based militant outfit, Lashkar-e-Toiba, which claims to have the largest number of cadres fighting in Kargil, has slammed the Nawaz Sharif Government's "back channel diplomacy" with India and has threatened not to accept any pull-back decision under pressure.

Pak pushes for talks, meeting of DGMOs
Pakistan Foreign Minister Sartaj Aziz said that diplomatic efforts are being made to defuse the tension between India and Pakistan. Meanwhile, a meeting of the two DGMOs Pak is also proposed.
