Training courses for women

WIMA (The Association of Women Entrepreneurs/Industrialist of Maharashtra) has organised training courses for women on July 17 between 12 noon and 6 pm at Om Siddharth Hall, Gokul Monark, Thakur Complex, Kandivli (East) to train women in starting their own businesses at home with minimum investment. Diploma in human rights

The University of Mumbai's Department of Civics and Politics has commenced admissions to its recently introduced Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights. The course consists of three papers: (1) Evolution, Theory and Philosophy of Human Rights (2) Human Rights in the Indian Context (3) and Human Rights - The Global Context and a dissertation based on field work. Admissions to this course are open to graduates of any faculty. Lectures will be held on weekends at Fort.
