Prohibition cases against Haryana jawans to go

CHANDIGARH, JULY 4: Haryana Government has decided to withdraw all cases registered during the prohibition period against persons of Defence forces and central para-military forces (both serving and retired) for violation of prohibition rules.

A spokesman of the state Prohibition, Excise and Taxation department said, necessary steps to withdraw such cases being taken.

The cases also include those for consumption/possession of liquor by jawans during the prohibition period.
