CHENNAI, JULY 5: There was that unmistakable spark in her which enabled her to turn the heat on her more redoubtable opponent to round off an unforgettable championship for her on a high note.To emerge unscathed from the qualifying rounds to lay her hands on the winners trophy is something which does not happen every day. G Jwala made it a memorable treble in the Smt Krishna Memorial All India Grand Prix junior badminton tournament, to leave her indelible stamp at the Multipurpose Indoor Stadium on Monday.
Jwala, who won the sub-junior girls title and the junior girls doubles title in the morning, was understandably a little tense to add the third and the most precious one, of the junior girls title. Jwala scripted a 1-11, 11-8, 11-5 win over Parul Priyadarshini.
