MUMBAI, July 17: A local court today refused to enlarge on bail four suspected Inter Services Intelligence agents who allegedly procured and transmitted `classified documents' to the Pakistani intelligence agency in Karachi.Remanding them to judicial custody till July 31, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Usha Iyer, however, decided to consider on Monday the bail plea of the accused, Abdul Hingora, Afzal Dawood, Mohammed Shahwaz and Imtiaz Dalal, charged with violation of the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
Dawood was arrested on June 17 while Imtiaz was arrested on June 18.
