Cabin burgled
A cabin located outside the Sadhu Vaswani School near Bharwadwas under City Police Station was burgled and goods worth Rs 3,620, were stolen. The incident is said to have occurred between between 10.20 p.m. on Monday and 7 a.m. today. According to the police, the cabin lock was opened by using a duplicate key. Investigations are on.

Liquor seized
The city police seized 75 litres of country liquor worth Rs 1,500 and two bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor worth Rs 225 during the last 24 hours and registered cases against nine people in this connection. One person was caught for possessing the `wash' used for preparing country liquor. Seven people were also caught in an inebriated state and cases under the Prohibition Act lodged against them.
