Super Bazar union seeks funds
Super Bazar Workers Union today met the UT Administrator and sought funds for the Super Bazar which has been facing a financial crunch for the past months. While seeking immediate release of arrears due to be paid to the employees, the Association president, Kamaljit, demanded a high-level inquiry into the losses being incurred by the Bazar.

Mayor reviews sanitary conditions
City Mayor Kewal Krishan Adiwal, along with secretary T.S. Dhariwal and Medical Health Officer Dr S.S. Cheema, visited Sector 47, 37, 7, 11 and Ramdarbar on Thursday and reviewed the cleanliness and disposal of garbage in the area. the Mayor also reviewed the functioning of the officials of Sanitation Department of the Corporation.
