Status on Azhar's fitness in ten days -- Dungarpur

AGENCIES
MUMBAI, July 24: Mohammed Azharuddin would be able to tell the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) within the next ten days whether he would be fit to play in the August 22-31 tri-series in Sri Lanka after undergoing shoulder surgery last month in London, according to Board president Raj Singh Dungarpur.

Azharuddin, who stayed back in London after the World Cup to undergo a shoulder operation on June 19, met the board chief here this evening after returning home last night. ``Azhar said he had reasonable movement on the operated shoulder. ``He will tell us whether he will be able to play in the next ten days,'' Dungarpur said.
