Recovery of assets through Lok Adalats

AHMEDABAD, Aug 1: A seminar on "Lok Adalats are the best alternative for quick recovery of assets by bank from its borrowers" was held in the city on Saturday. The seminar was organised by the State Bank of India.Speaking on the occasion, chairman of the Gujarat State Legal Service Authority, Ahmedabad, Justice J N Bhatt said that Lok Adalats could prove beneficial for quick recovery of assets by banks.
