Other members include S B Chavan, Sushil Kumar Shinde and A R Antulay, among others. All of them are identified as Sharad Pawar rivals. With this composition, it is expected that the few Pawar followers still with the Congress and some fence-sitters may join his Nationalist Congress Party since it is unlikely that they will be considered as candidates.This also means that Bhosale continues to command influence in the organisation, at least until the elections.
